Salma Hayek has no plans to return to Mexico to live any time soon. In fact, she doesn?t think she will ever live there again.
Salma said,
?No creo. Estoy casada con un franc?s. Ya cuando te casas es un poco mas dificil, pero regreso a visitar.?
Visiting her home country is always a possibility for Hayek, who is married to Francois-Henri Pirault, father of their daughter, Valentina Paloma.
Has Salma lost her Mexicanidad? Some tabloids are speculating that she stuttered while singing the Mexican national anthem, yet sings the American national anthem quite well.
On a recent appearance on Letterman promoting Grown Ups 2, Salma was asked to perform both anthems, but started giggling at the beginning of the Mexican and did not go on. She did mention that the Mexican anthem was a bit bloody, and that is why she hesitated to finish.
