CREAMY TOMATO PASTA | KIDS PASTA RECIPES

??????? This post has been lying in my drafts for a while now. I adapted this recipe from Good Food cookbook. But altered the recipe to the availability in my kitchen pantry. Simple, easy to make pasta recipe that your kids would love. Stay tuned for more easy and taste kids pasta recipes in Rak's Kitchen!

Macaroni (or any pasta)	1/2 cup
Tomato	2, small sized
Tomato puree(readymade for colour)	1 tblsp
Parmesan	1 tblsp + 1 tsp
Sour cream*	1 - 2 tblsp
Pepper and Italian seasoning	1/4 tsp each

Method

Serve immediately with parmesan topping.

Notes

Original recipe uses sundried tomatoes and cream fraiche. So if you get it in your part of world, you can make use of it. Inspite the name creamy pasta, this recipe uses less cheese, that too parmesan cheese. You can use ready made puree also fully in this recipe. Or omit the ready-made puree also no problem. I just used for colour. Eat hot, otherwise may not taste good. If you are in India, find it in Nilgiris or Big bazaar, where ever they keep cheese, butter, cream ....
